Specifically, when you join the Digital Finance Transformation Team in Bologna and Florence , you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue.



You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Redefining EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model ;
- Designing and configuring solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market;
- Analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and implementing innovative performance management solutions;
- Assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation using business cases;
