Mission
The role focuses on supporting the design, development, and maintenance of flight simulation system models and advanced flight control systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of performance, reliability, and safety in our aerospace technologies. Key Accountabilities
Design and Development:
- Assist in the development and integration of advanced flight simulation systems and aircraft system models for pilot training and advanced design.
- Support the design of flight control systems, including autopilot and stability augmentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed design documents, technical specifications, and system architectures.
Testing and Validation:
- Participate in the rigorous testing and validation of flight simulators and control systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Utilize simulation software and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methods to validate system functionality under supervision.
- Analyze test data and provide initial reports and recommendations for system improvements.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with software engineers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate flight systems and simulators with broader aerospace projects.
