Alongside the three historical therapeutic areas - diseases of the respiratory system, urinary tract infections and pain treatment – Zambon is focused on developing treatments for neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's or rare diseases such as cystic fibrosis and BOS (Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome). /ph3The Role: /h3pReporting to the Central Supply Planning Distribution Associate Director, the bSupply Planning Senior Specialist /bis responsible for ensuring the timely and effective supply of finished products for different markets. /ppThe role is responsible for ensuring product availability for the market while maintaining inventory levels in line with company targets. /ppWorking within the monthly Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, the Supply Planning Senior Specialist collaborates closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing Plants and cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient and resilient end-to-end supply chain. /ph3Main Responsibilities of the role: /h3ulliDevelop and maintain medium- and long-term replenishment plans and purchasing forecast from third parties. /liliAnalyze supply scenarios, capacity constraints, inventory levels and potential supply risks, proposing appropriate mitigation actions. /liliMonitor planning parameters, safety stock levels and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory and service level. /liliCoordinate supply planning activities for products manufactured by Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs), ensuring alignment with production schedules and contractual commitments.



/liliParticipate in regular supply review meetings with affiliates and manufacturing plants to review demand evolution, supply constraints and action plans. /lilibCross-functional Collaboration: /b /liliParticipate in the monthly Sales Operations Planning (SOP) cycle together with Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning and other Supply Planning functions, contributing to the development of a feasible and balanced supply plan. /liliCollaborate closely with Manufacturing Plants, External Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely product availability, support product launches, artwork changes, regulatory variations and supply continuity initiatives. /liliManage supply exceptions and coordinate recovery plans in case of shortages, production delays or unexpected demand changes. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning processes, system utilization and supply chain performance. /liliMonitor and report planning KPIs, including service level, inventory, stock coverage and forecast adherence. /li /ulh3What we are looking for: /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related technical discipline. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in Supply Planning within finished goods manufacturing companies, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. /liliSolid knowledge of Sales Operations Planning (SOP), inventory management and replenishment planning. /liliExperience working with Advanced Planning Systems; knowledge of Maestro (Kinaxis) is considered a strong advantage. /liliGood understanding of manufacturing, procurement and distribution processes, including Third Party Manufacturing environments. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams. /liliKnowledge in SAP 4/HANA and Microsoft Excel. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
