ppJob Title: Global AME Senior Industrial Project Leader /ppFunction (Department): Manufacturing /ph3JOB SUMMARY: /h3pThe Global AME Senior Industrial Project Leader coordinates and manages global projects and processes in within a manufacturing environment for NPDI projects (till gate5) and during plant-to-plant transfers. She will collaborate with the cross functional teams globally to drive time to market requirements, operational excellence, capacity planning to support business growth. He will contribute in the scenario planning and project execution management translating the voice of the customer into Design for Manufacturing, FMEA analysis, supply chain mapping with optimization of lead time, cost and capital, prototyping piloting, manufacturing facility layouts and product line testing. /ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliDrive and coordinate the manufacturing requirements of new products, from project concept to manufacturing release of new products. /liliCoordinate and track all stages of prototype and pilot runs. /liliWork with Manufacturing Engineers and Materials teams to develop documentation for new products (bills of material, routings, and manufacturing instructions). /liliCommunicate project requirements’, actions, and status with other departments. /liliDevelops and implements product quality standards between production plants, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods for maximum efficiency. /liliEstimates resource requirements, production times and schedule for manufacturing processes. /liliDrives the industrial scope as it relates to the specific project requirements. /liliCollaborates cross functionally and globally with NPDI supply chain teams.
/liliDevelops overall Supply Chain Architecture to support the key customer requirements. /liliValue stream mapping of the entire process - including customer touch points (configurators/ordering tools) /liliMake vs. Buy studies. /liliEquipment, tools fixture design/development deployment /liliProvides feedback to the design team about Design for Manufacturability, assembly, test. /liliDrives alignment to the Product Cost expectations throughout the NPDI project implementation. /liliCoordinate the manufacturing requirements of new parts, from project concept to release of new products. /liliInitiate manufacturing technology innovations and oversee implementation, including new requirements for key processes that are unique to a new product design. /liliTrack and publish NPDI Deliverables using defined tools and databases. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliMinimum 10 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering environment. /liliEffective Process Organization skills, ability to manage multiple key initiatives. /liliProject Management skills/toolset. /liliAbility to coordinate cross functional teams within a project execution. /liliBachelor’s degree in industrial/Manufacturing Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience /liliNPD/NPI Experience. /liliPMO certification/ equivalent experience. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications: /h3ulliAdvanced Manufacturing Training/Expertise (i.e.: Lean, Six-Signa, etc.). /liliStrong DFM experience/knowledge. /liliStrong knowledge in PMP process. /liliKnowledge in new manufacturing line setup. /liliKnowledgeable in product cost management. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
