As Senior Tax Manager at Caterpillar, you will lead international tax advisory efforts within a global, fast-paced environment. You will support business expansion, advise on cross-border and M&A; activity, and shape tax strategies amid evolving legislation. Support business expansion across a broad jurisdictional base
Translate complex tax rules into commercially-grounded advice for stakeholders
Lead or contribute to M&A; and restructuring initiatives
Develop tax audit strategies and provide audit support
Assess the impact of evolving tax legislation on the business
Recognised accounting or tax qualification




10-12 years of international tax experience in practice or industry
At least 5 years’ experience managing cross-border tax structuring projects or advisory
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess broader environment in structuring advice
Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural collaboration
Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Hybrid work locations: Milan or Minerbio or both
