Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWithin the Machine Cost Analysis Team, the candidate will oversee the costing of the new prototypes and machines/lines, analyze planned and actual industrial cost and marginality, and manage cost reduction methodology and targets applied to consolidated machines/lines. /p pIn particular, the selected resource will be responsible for:



/p ul lianalysis for simulation of line cost estimates; /li lireclassification of actual costs of the entire packaging line with focus on detail analysis; /li liidentification of causes of deviation from the expected standard costs. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liA Master's degree in mechanical engineering; /li liUp to 1 year’ experience in a similar position would be an advantage (automation machinery); /li liYou are organized and detail-oriented, focused on innovation, and curious about innovative solutions; /li liGood knowledge of English language (B2), both written and oral; /li liGood knowledge of Office Suite; experience with SAP will be considered a plus; /li liWill complete the profile: analytical capabilities, proactivity, critical thinking and ability to work effectively in a team. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000. /p pA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. /p pThe applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
