/ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliTake ownership of all TikTok Shop merchandising activities across SharkNinja brands. /liliOversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing strategies. /liliEnsure best-in-class digital content is presented across TikTok Shop (social commerce), aligned with brand guidelines and consumer needs. /liliOptimise onsite category and product pages for sales and conversion, driving organic visibility, traffic and revenue growth. /liliLead SEO strategy and execution, optimising onsite content, product listings and site structure to maximise organic performance. /liliIdentify trading risks and opportunities, taking proactive action and communicating insights to the wider business. /liliReport on website performance, analyse data and implement strategies that deliver measurable improvements. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade plans, best practices and innovative new site features. /li /ulh3What You Will Have /h3ulli3+ years of experience in ecommerce, merchandising or digital trading /liliStrong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital environments and the end-to-end consumer journey. /liliAbility to analyse sales and performance data, translate insights into strategies and deliver measurable results. /liliExperience optimising onsite content and product pages for SEO and conversion. /liliProficiency with analytics and performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI). /liliExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). /liliStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. /liliSelf-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. /liliExperience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento or similar is a plus.
