The resource will be part of the T&S; (Technology & Services) department and will report to the Global Intelligent Automation Manager. The mission of this role is to leverage Intelligent Automation technologies — including LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI — to improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of business operations across global functions and markets. The Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist will support the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and contribute to shaping a scalable, reliable and value-oriented Intelligent Automation program.
