Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as a Field Marketing Specialist AWC and you’ll do the same Reporting to our Marketing Manager AWC, the Field Marketing Specialist has responsibility for the strategic marketing plan from inception through to implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will own the performance of our advance wound care brands and use insights and creative thinking to drive growth and defend existing business from competitive threats across the Italian region. **Key Duties And Responsibilities**
- Lead the brand planning process, develop and implement Italian strategies and operational plan to protect and grow AWC brands.
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and propose effective marketing initiatives.
- Showcase exceptional project management skills to coordinate various marketing projects, campaigns, and product launches.
- Improve the defined actions based on running feedbacks from the sales forces and the Key Account Manager, regular customer contacts and data analysis
- Responsible for building the multi-channel action plan
- Support delivery of new starter training and attend customer meetings, sales conferences local or international
- Monitoring annual brand A&P; budget
- Contact with customers and frequent market presence
- Own,



develop and maintain KPIs to analyze sales performance, market conditions & competition including measuring campaign performance and optimization of marketing materials
- Manage the Digital and social campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing activities
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to propose innovative marketing solutions. **Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrable experience within a marketing environment, with a track record of delivering successful marketing strategies of 4 years
- Scientific educational background
- Experience in Health care/Pharma/Mass market is required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced use of social media tools
- Ability to lead and inspire more junior members of the team, with a view to becoming a future leader
- Budget management capabilities
- Project management skills
- Ability to bring and realize innovative ideas
