This is a freelance, as-needed engagement. Assignments will be assigned according to your location and availability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver onsite IT and network support at client locations. /li liIdentify and fix network and connectivity problems. /li liSet up and replace routers, switches, Wi‑Fi access points, and other IT hardware. /li liCarry out hardware upgrades and break/fix repairs. /li liFill out service reports and update support tickets following each visit. /li liWork alongside remote support teams to resolve technical problems. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in onsite IT or network support. /li liSolid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.
