As Managing Director, you will be responsible for building the EOS Italy organization from the ground up. /p pThis is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to shape the strategy, structure, and culture of a new business unit within an international group that is leading the NPL investment and servicing landscape in Europe. /p pReporting directly to the EOS Group Board, you will set the strategic agenda for EOS Italy, allocate capital, and drive performance across unsecured and secured NPL portfolios. Combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results orientation, you will originate and lead Italy’s most significant transactions, build strategic partnerships, and actively steer portfolio performance to deliver strong returns and sustainable growth. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute the company’s business strategy for a full-scale market entry, ensuring alignment with EOS Group objectives. /li liLead the establishment and organizational setup of EOS Italy, including formation of teams, processes, and systems from scratch. /li liSupport recruitment, as well as motivate, and manage the Italian team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development. /li liIdentify and manage investment opportunities in the Italian market Including representation of EOS Italy in negotiations and complex multi-party processes.



/li liOversee the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, and ensure post-deal performance meets targeted returns. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, partners, and advisors. /li liEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk across all business activities. /li liProvide decision-ready insights and strategic recommendations to the EOS Board, ensuring transparency on portfolio performance. /li liDrive innovation, digitalization, and proactively identify new growth opportunities for EOS Italy. /li /ul h3This is what you bring to the table /h3 ul liExtensive experience (7+ years) in NPL investments and/or servicing, distressed debt, real estate finance, investment banking, or related fields, with a proven history of leading transactions and managing portfolios independently. /li liDemonstrated track record in building organizations or business units, ideally in a start-up or market-entry context. /li liStrong academic background in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business Administration; a CFA or MBA or equivalent from a leading international business school is a strong plus. /li liDeep understanding of the Italian financial market and regulatory landscape. /li liProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align teams across functions. /li liStrong entrepreneurial drive and analytical thinking enabling sound, fact-based decision-making in complex situations. /li liFluent in Italian and English is mandatory. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
