ph3Overview /h3 pThe bPrincipal Engineer, Continuous Improvement /b enjoys data mining, identifying improvement opportunities, leading teams to identify root cause and implement and sustaining improvements. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead projects of cross functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to identify non-value added steps and waste in the process and identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement. /li liHelp manage company productivity program and support sites in achieving their yearly goals. /li liDrive a culture of data-based decision making in both transactional and manufacturing processes. /li liAnalyze data to discover trends and issues and identify predictive and preventative actions to improve reliability and reduce variation in a process. /li liHelp establish a structure and culture of continuous improvement across the global corporation /li liProvide training on data analysis, lean and Six Sigma tools. /li liImplement a structure to sustain improvements and embed the new processes into the current workflow. /li liLead and assists in defining, setting and implementation performance improvement strategies at locations. /li liCollaborate with and influence senior management on areas of improvement and translate mgmt. expectations into project deliverables. /li liAssist and lead digitalization and automation efforts globally that will assist in predictive maintenance etc. /li liDrive the standardization,



implementation and communication of organizational best practices /li liDrive the implementation of Organizational Management at sites and the implementation of Leading and Lagging KPIs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: /h3 ul liLean Manufacturing training and implementation of Lean Tools in both Manufacturing and Transactional environments /li liLean Six Sigma training and certification (Green Belt, preferred Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or Lean Master Black Belt) /li liStrong statistical background and skilled at data analysis /li liWorking knowledge of MiniTab (SAP and Power BI preferred) /li liAbility to interface and collaborate with senior mgmt. on opportunities and project status /li liBroad and deep knowledge of Quality theories/tools that can be implemented in a Chemical Industry /li liOwnership mentality, passionate about improving our processes and cost efficiency /li liStrong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to communicate within the team and with customers /li /ul h3Required Years’ Experience /h3 ul li10+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment practicing Lean Six Sigma tools and Data Analysis /li /ul h3Required Education /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or a related technical discipline /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 ul liDomestic and International travel. 25-50% of time /li /ul h3Location /h3 ul liEurope Forli, Italy or Geleen, Netherlands /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
