If you love to design graphics in motion you are in the right place. **About the job** As Motion Designer, you will support the activities of our ongoing and future projects. You will learn by doing, and you will join the team involved in producing motion graphics videos. A typical project in our agency covers every step in the video production process:
Understand customer needs Write scripts/voiceovers Design storyboards Design style frames Illustrate or design scenes Animate scenes Sound design As long as our motion design team is integrated into the agency you could also be involved in animation or illustration tasks for digital projects.



This could imply animating/illustrating various UI components for our digital design projects. **Skills requested** Professional or academic background in graphic design, illustration, or animation Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator Willingness to learn the dynamics of working in a company with international clients Willingness to experiment and get involved **Nice to have** Knowledge of other animation tools (Adobe Animator, Rive, Cavalry, Blender, Procreate Dream ) Knowledge of 3d animation tools (C4D, Blender, Maya ) Knowledge of the Expressions system in After Effects, very useful tool to work with data Good level of both spoken and written English Any other creativity-related skills you are proud of **What we offer** A happy place to work Stage contract from 6 months Dedicated tutor Place of work: Milano (about 50%/50% between in-presence and lavoro da remoto)
