**Position Title: Strategic Capacity Director - Small Molecule E2E**:
**Locations: EMEA, North America Small Molecule sites**:
**Reports to: Senior Director - Strategic Capacity Planning**:
**Position Summary**:
The Strategic Capacity Director - Small Molecule E2E is responsible & accountable for developing and communicating long range strategic capacity analyses for a select group of products in the Small Molecule API, and Small Molecule Fill/Finish areas. This is a position that offers exciting potential for further career growth within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain organization, as it will give a unique experience in a complex environment within a global context to provide a broader business understanding. **Main responsibilities in the position are**: - Build and maintain the long-range strategic capacity planning process and support decision making to ensure supply continuity.
- Design, develop and drive the annual renewal of the long-range capacity plan and develop/share strategic insights and shape recommendations with key stakeholders.
- Partner with E2E Supply Chain Leads, PMO Leads, MS&T; and Product Development to assess the impact on future (existing and new) technology requirements.
- Support the Network Management Leads in strategic supply chain analysis in the areas of network configuration & portfolio optimization. Included in responsibility is also the communication, with management support and alignment, to different levels of the organization of outcomes and recommendations. **Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**: - Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Should be a supply chain professional with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a logistics, planning and/or manufacturing environment and shown capabilities of agile innovator.




- Insightful Decision Maker with strong business understanding and influencing capabilities to build consensus partnering with the rest of the organization at all levels with strategic vision.
- End to end orchestrator with ability to lead multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative crafting value to Customer.
- Effective written and oral communication skills (English). **Experience**: - 10+ years of Supply Chain experience (incl. manufacturing, logistics, planning) is required, preferably in health care industry.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of Plan business experience.
- Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulatory-dependent sector is preferred.
- People Management experience is preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: - **Leading **in demand creation: ability to use Market insights, historical data, statistical modelling, and pre-existing knowledge to project demand for any horizon (short-medium-long) including products in pipeline and potential L&A;’s”.
- **Expert **in E2E Planning: ability to identify and address E2E unbalances or capacity constraints at each and any point in the supply chain, collaborating with cross functional teams and supporting decision making to close gaps or adopt opportunities”.
- **Leading **in Supply Network: ability to translate inventory strategies and policies into supply plans distributed globally,



following network optimization guidelines to effectively meet customer and business needs”.
- **Expert **on Data Analytics: ability to be curious, display, look across lots of data and information, identify trends, correlations, opportunity, and risks. Ability to summarize a lot of findings in a comprehensive unique view."
- **Expert **on Business Skill: ability to communicate and influence leadership, manage project execution leading teams, collaborate with other functions “Insightful Decision Maker with strong business understanding and influencing capabilities to build consensus partnering with the rest of the organization at all levels with strategic vision.
