Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 112 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionDue to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Cost Management division in Italy requires a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager to join our team.Working within a friendly, professional and highly successful team you will have the opportunity to progress your career swiftly and take ownership of immediate projects.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire cost management process, from initial budget development to final project closeout.Collaborate closely with project teams to accurately estimate costs, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and recommend strategies for optimizing project budgets.Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost control measures.Proactively identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies,



and monitor their implementation.Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve cost efficienciesQualificationsSkills RequiredStrong English skills required + Italian advantageous Technical knowledge of Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or other related facility asset types for period of 5 years for CM, 10 years for SCM and above.Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.Experienced with, or managing team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications.Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task.Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.To support this we promote a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.
