**Main Responsibilities** In particular, the Tech Transfer Process Coordinator will: - Facilitate TT COP weekly and periodic meetings by managing the agenda, tracking action items and publishing meeting minutes.
- Serve as single point of contact for 1TT program content and tools by managing updates and improvements to related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (Wis), business processes, and program tools /templates.
- Build and Maintain the TTCOP long term roadmap by gathering inputs from team members and stakeholders.
- Support team and program communications including periodic updates, project and platform reviews, monthly operational metrics, and 1-pagers.
- Work with TT COP team members to capture platform specific requirements and improvement opportunities in support of process improvement.
- Ensure TT COP and 1TT are integrated and aligned with MSAT Knowledge Center pages and content.
- Work with TT Hub System owner to ensure program content, tools and templates are up to date.
- Identify and implements process improvements and projects. **Qualifications**:
**Requirements**: - University/Bachelors Degree (engineering preferred) or Equivalent, with 1-5 years related experience overall with in the following areas: - Pharmaceutical Industry/ Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Tech Transfer best practices and industry guidance (ISPE, PDA, etc.)
- Project Management knowledge and skills
- Process Improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in a multi-functional environment (Internal and External Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, TDS, VCM, etc.)




- Familiarity with large or small molecule manufacturing platforms: drug product, drug substance, or device and packaging.
- Experience with one or more site/global functions such as: Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT), Engineering, Operations, Quality Assurance and Regulatory, or Facility/ Utilities.
- Preferred knowledge and experience working with the following internal Tools and Business Processes: - MSAT Knowledge Center
- 1TT Process/ TT HUB
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Specific Systems Knowledge: - Microsoft Project
- Web Training Compliance Wire
- Confluence
- Document Management/TruVAULT.
- Works in an international environment across different time zones
