We are looking for a Client Services Officer to join our dynamic team in Turin, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients within the Registry, Custody and Meeting Services department. **Responsibilities**: - Maintain and update client registry records
- Manage financial aspects of dividends and corporate actions
- Prepare reports for clients
- Manage meeting logistics (registration, quorum, voting)
- Liaise with clients and intermediaries
- Maintain organised client files
- Travel within Italy (occasional)



**What will you bring to the role?**
- Master's degree in Law or Economics (preferred)
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong English language skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
