MSXI has the job for you!** MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Automotive Field Consultant for used cars to join our team in North-East Italy. **The Role** As a Field Consultant, your role is to support and collaborate with a network of dealers in achieving their goals, while also driving growth in the used car business through regular visits and strategic consulting. You will serve as the primary contact for dealers, offering both commercial assistance and expert guidance, ensuring business success as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) **About you** We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Field Consultant has excellent communication skills and is also familiar with the used car market. As part of our team, you will act as a point of contact between the brand management of our client and the dealers in your zone, to monitor and constantly improve business KPI. Your key tasks will be: - Analyzing KPI and sales targets through designed tools;
- Building strong commercial relations with National Sales Company network;
- Identifying improvement areas and customizing effective business strategies;
- Implementing action plans and updating on status of each dealership;
- Filling KPI reports daily and monthly. **Requirements**:

- Previous experience of 3 years in the domain of used cars or commercial vehicles
- Previous experience in commercial roles for automotive industry is a great plus
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
