For the M&A; Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions. Specifically, will be in charge of: - Legal due diligence activities;
- Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;




- Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);
- Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;
- Doctrinal and case law research activities. Qualifications/Requirements
- Professional experience of 5-7 years in leading national or international firms, in M&A; and corporate law;
- Certification to practice as a lawyer;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
