Team Overview Operation& Process Office The Process &Tools; leader will essential resource in Operation& Process Office which has the mission to support Business Operation End to End leveraging & developing Process, Tools, Standards leading operation Job responsibilities: PROCESS&TOOLS; LEADER This individual is responsible for serving as a change agent for the development and implementation of major process improvement ideas throughout the entire business unit. Responsibilities will be focused to improve/develop process to improve project execution and analyzing data to evaluate current business practices and providing improvement, synergy and efficiency, including cost analysis. This individual will also be responsible to develop/support sw implementation/improvement of relevant process Main tasks
- Analyze & improve process of project execution and related KPI
- Data analysis to support process improvement or scenario/cost analysis
- Develop & maintenance of dashboard/workflow, to monitor KPI
- Regular Update Process Card/Handbook
- Support in Audit at project/portfolio level
- Training of new employees on process/organization/tools
- Lead /support Lesson Learn and Corrective Action Soft Skill
- High analytic approach

- International culture. Who are we looking for?
- Project Management Office, Continuous improvement manager, Quality manager
- 3 years Experience must be in EPC business or business on project basis
- Proved experience in Process improvement, change management, Cost reduction plan in international organization Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management or relevant field
- Certification Six Sigma or similar
- PMI, IPMA or other PM certification will be a plus
- Fluent English is mandatory, second language will be a plus
- Proficient in MS package Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Power app
- Skills in planning tools as MS Project and Primavera will be a plus
