We're on the hunt for a skilled **Level Designer **to work on **Cryptogram project**. **For which tasks (responsibilities)?**
- ** Create New Levels**: Design and develop new levels for the project, including selecting quotes and encoding them for Cryptogram
- ** Content Management**: Enter and manage content within the game, working with data tables to ensure accurate implementation
- ** Difficulty Curve Design**: Develop and balance the difficulty curve of levels to create an engaging player experience
- ** Level Analytics and A/B Testing**: Analyze level performance using game analytics, and conduct A/B tests to optimize level design and player engagement
- ** Game Design Documentation**:



Write and maintain detailed game design documentation, ensuring clear communication of level design and gameplay mechanics **What kind of professional are we looking for?**
- 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer, specifically in puzzle, match-3, or similar genres
- Strong understanding of difficulty and balance principles in casual puzzle games
- Demonstrated success in refining levels to improve game metrics
- Extensive knowledge of various games, particularly within the puzzle genre
- Russian language is a must
- Intermediate level of English **Will be a plus**: - Spanish or German knowledge
