As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to join our team at the Monaco showroom. - **Supplier Coordination**: - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and high-quality materials.
- Handle communications with suppliers regarding orders, invoicing, and product quality.
- Assist in negotiating terms and contracts with new and existing suppliers.
- **Social Media Photography**: - Capture high-quality images of showroom products and events for social media.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content.
- **Client Relations**: Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a high level of service.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and manage showroom events, liaising with suppliers for any event-related needs. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
- Proficiency in managing supplier relationships and supply chain logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Photography skills with experience in social media content creation.
- **Fluency in English** is required; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. **Preferred Skills**: - Experience with inventory management systems or supply chain software.
