Crown Tours is seeking a Social Media Manager to help enhance our online presence and engage our travel community. To boost visibility, you’ll manage content creation, social media posting, follower interaction, and SEO research. **Key Responsibilities**: - Create and manage monthly content calendars for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Write engaging copy for captions, posts, and voiceovers that align with our brand voice.
- Post regularly and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate on SEO keyword research to optimize content.
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports on engagement and reach.
- Assist with campaigns and influencer outreach. **Requirements**: - Minimum one year experience in a similar role.
- High knowledge of social media platforms, copywriting, and SEO.
- Strong communication skills in English, minimum level C1 (Italian a plus).
