- Have experience leading a languages department (not essential but an advantage).
- Be an exceptional teacher who has high expectations of students and the department.
- Lead and collaborate effectively on the overall development of the curriculum of languages.

- Value and promote the attributes of the learner profile while leading by example.
- Show a high level of initiative, flexibility, creativity, and have excellent organizational skills.
- Offer at least one co-curricular initiative a week that reflects their own interests.
- Lead a diverse team of language acquisition teachers with a common vision of excellence.
- Collaborate with the DP and CP core, particularly on language development and the language portfolio.
- Experience of teaching the IB is an advantage. **Requirements**: - Bachelor degree or above in the relevant field
- Hold an EU passport or have already obtained the right to be employed in Italy
