- Contract management: registration, archiving, sending, acceptance (support activities for Project Controllers)
- Improving working capital day and invoicing efficiently (invoice plane management)
- Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers)
- VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba
- Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity
- Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers

- Good experience in accounting and finance roles
- Experience of working in Finance team

- Skills in using the Office package, particularly Excel and previous experience with accounting software
