- Develop and optimize Thin Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) manufacturing processes according to R&D; and product development requirements, with particular focus on thin film deposition, vacuum technologies, and dry/plasma etching.
- Lead process industrialization activities and support the transfer of developed processes from R&D; into manufacturing, both internally and at qualified external foundry partners.
- Act as technical interface between internal teams and external manufacturing partners, ensuring process specifications, performance targets, and quality requirements are correctly implemented and maintained.
- Monitor process performance across internal and external production sites, identifying opportunities for yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
- Investigate process and product issues through structured root-cause analysis and corrective actions,
coordinating activities with production engineering, quality, and external partners.
- Establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and process monitoring systems to improve process capability, yield, and manufacturing robustness.
- Collaborate with equipment engineering, maintenance teams, and external suppliers on process-related equipment upgrades, qualification, and calibration activities.
- Work closely with EHS representatives to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure process documentation, specifications, work instructions, qualification reports, and change management records are properly maintained and controlled.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to manufacturing personnel and external partners when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics
