We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our expanding Sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and their national sales companies. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet quarterly objectives
- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with the company's overall strategy
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within OEMs and national sales companies
- Lead negotiations and effectively manage the entire sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery




- Monitor and report sales performance on a regular basis **Requirements**: - Sales experience in automotive retail and enterprise software
- Knowledge of SaaS, CRM, Digital Marketing, and e-Shopping
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Proven track record in accelerating sales cycles and closing complex deals
- Understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Italian native
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Working pattern and location
- 40 hours per week, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
