Now there is the unique opportunity to join our team as a Jr. Accounting Specialist in our office in Milan, Italy. **Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**: - Responsible for bookkeeping. Supports Sr Accountant with all accounting and tax matters for the selected entities.
- Participates in the approval process (contracts, invoices) in our internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Accounting of receipts and transactions (incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, advances, other accounting)
- Reviews contract terms / agreements and ensure payments are accurate and executed in a timely manner
- Collaborates / assists to the Sr. Accountant in performing the month end process.
- Takes part in preparation of financial statements, participation in annual audit
- weekly cash flow statements and other ad hoc reports if necessary
- internal loans management - interests’ calculation, confirmation of balances
- management of internal loans - interest calculation, verification of balances **Requirements**:
**Requirements**: - at least 1-3 years of accounting work experience
- Bachelor's degree - financial and accounting qualifications preferred.
- familiarity with tax rules in Italy
- MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and ERP system (Dynamics 365 (F&O;) is an advantage)
