She/he will be included in the Accounting Department and will be involved in day-by-day administrative-accounting activities. The resource will also have to support general services by managing together with the manager the day-to-day, relations with suppliers, control of invoices for payment, contracts and produce reports. Tasks to be learnt: - Good knowledge of the Electronic Invoice Flow System;
- Ability to properly and quickly read an Invoice;
- Managing the Customer and Supplier Accounting and the Active Invoice
- Rationally and efficiently filing of the invoices for a profitable consultation in case of need;
- Dealing with deadlines;
- Managing the Accounting for the Store and for the Plant;
- Supporting the reconciliation of cash accounts and banks

- Recent graduation (last year): Bachelor/Master degree in Economy
