**Responsibilities**: - Conduct **4 PMP Training Courses per year** (35 hours per course, 15 students per class).
- Train personnel on **Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)** and best practices.
- Guide students in **preparing for PMP certification exams** and project execution.
- Assist in **curriculum updates, training material development, and exam preparation**.
- Report training outcomes and **student progress to NAVSUPPACT leadership**. **Required Qualifications**: - **PMP Certification** from **PMI or equivalent organization**.
- **3+ years of experience** in Project Management Training & facilitation.
- Experience in **DoD or Federal Contracting Environments (preferred)**.
- Strong knowledge of **ISO 21502 Project Management Standards**.




- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills. **Security & Compliance Requirements**: - **Background Check**: Must pass **Italian Air Force security clearance**.
- **Mission Visa**: Required before working in Italy (**Tourist Visa not accepted**).
- **Cybersecurity Compliance**: Completion of **DoD Information Assurance (IA) training**.
