**Key Responsibilities**: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining department for a hotel generating **over SAR 3 million per month in revenue**.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to provide world-class, discreet, and intuitive service 24/7.
- Ensure timely order delivery, tray pickup, food presentation, and seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to uphold brand standards and operational flow.
- Handle VIP and VVIP service personalization, special dietary needs, and last-minute requests with precision.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, training programs, and service standards in line with luxury hospitality best practices.
- Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and control costs to meet departmental financial goals.
- Proactively address guest feedback, resolve issues, and implement service recovery where needed. **Compensation & Benefits**: - **Monthly Salary**: SAR 11,500
- **Premio**: Up to **4 months’ salary** annually based on performance

- Strong understanding of **luxury service standards** and ability to meet the expectations of **high-net-worth clientele**.
- Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Culturally sensitive and experienced working in international environments.
