- Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide personalised advice to clients to meet their needs during their city stay and currency exchange.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve services offered. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in front office sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Motivation and determination to achieve objectives.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and/or currency exchange is a plus.




- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
