**Test System Assembly Technician (Space and Defense)**:
TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a new team member to join its laboratory in Lainate to support the assembly of test systems for the space and defense sectors.
Main responsibilities
Assembly of test system racks
Creation of custom wiring and harnesses
Soldering of electronic components




Warehouse and inventory management
Mandatory technical requirements
Excellent manual dexterity
Knowledge of soldering and crimping techniques for major connector types
Familiarity with main types of data and/or power transmission cables
Experience in tin soldering on PCBAs with SMD and THT components
Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics
Preferred technical skills
Familiarity with electronic lab instruments
IPC/ECSS certifications
Soft skills
Ability to organize work independently
Teamwork attitude
Educational background
Technical diploma in electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent technical knowledge
Language skills
Knowledge of English is required
