**Role Description** We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Sales & Partnership Development team as a Partnership Development Assistant (Internship). You will actively support the growth of our partner network by identifying new business opportunities and helping strengthen Ogyre’s presence in key markets. **Location**: Milan or Genoa (with remote work flexibility) **Start Date**: ASAP **Duration**: 3-6 months, with potential for full-time hire based on performance Paid internship **Key Responsibilities**
- **Research and analysis of partnership opportunities**: Explore target sectors, analyze market trends, and identify potential corporate partners.
- **Performance monitoring and CRM management**: Track outreach performance (e.g., reply and conversion rates), optimize strategies, and keep internal databases updated. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Technical Skills**
- Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace; HubSpot CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- Interest in sustainability, social/environmental impact,
