**Job Brief**:
Are you **experienced in managing front-of-house operations, leading service teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment? - Oversee daily floor operations and supervise service staff during shifts.
- Greet and engage guests, manage complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Support with reservations, orders, menu knowledge, and upselling.
- Maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, and equipment care.
- Conduct training, delegate tasks, and assist with team development.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and closing procedures.
- Assist with reporting, stock checks, and communication with management. **Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality management isa plus.
- **Proficient in Italian or French or German or Spanish**: - **You must be willing to relocate Kuwait**: - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably in an upscale dining environment.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team,

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
