The purpose of the job is to prevent incidents of any kind, to ensure operations continuity and to keep costs within the budget allowance. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Focus on Goal Zero target and on promotion of safety culture and behavior at each level, ensure the site HSE targets objectives including environemntal aspects.
- Fulfilment of production plans with due regard for safety, health and environmental requirements.
- Scheduling, then safe and on-time execution of the planned shutdowns both for maintenance or regulatory checks.
- Traceability and reporting of monthly productions and consumptions.
- Collaboration with the Operations Manager for editing the performance plan.
- Cooperation with the Technical Support, the R&D; and Business Departments for the implementations of the experimental runs and for any due trial.




- Discipline in entering on-time production confirmation into SAP and in preventing any discrepancy in comparison with the process orders.
- Commitment to develop the training scheduled for the Staff and diligence in keeping the plant procedures effective and updated.
- Issue of purchase requests according to the existing delegation of authority. **Min. Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Industrial High School Diploma. **Work Experience**:
Qualified experience in production environments. **Languages**:
Knowledge of English Language not mandatory but appreciated. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Catalyst products / Processes knowledge.
