- Milan headquarters; ~50 global customers across Europe, Japan, China and the Americas, and a reputation for meeting EMA, PMDA and (soon) FDA standards.
- New owners have funded a programme to **triple manufacturing capacity** via a refurbished site and new reactors coming on-line in 18 months.

**About you**:
As our first commercial leader, you will design, build, and run the engine that turns technical excellence into double-digit revenue growth.
- 7+ years closing complex B2B deals **in APIs, CDMO services, or specialty chemicals**.




- Personal network inside mid-/big-pharma sourcing & procurement; proven record of €3-10 M+ contract wins.
- Fluent English, Italian is a plus - but not mandatory.
