- This role is perfect for a Marketing Specialist who loves to build a brand through exciting and original campaigns and thinks holistically about the relationship between online and offline in order to create and execute strategic communication marketing plans to a local audience.
- Responsibilities
- Lead the organic content strategy
- Drive brand awareness, affinity and engagement throughout all key channels in line with EF's brand positioning
- Create organic campaigns that encourage share and engagement, working with design, content, and technical teams
- Create and execute a content plan weekly, monthly, quarterly and be responsible for the execution
- Coordinate with central team to launch advertisement campaigns on different platforms
- Monitor and analyze results based on given KPIs
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

- Possesses knowledge and experience in digital marketing
- Passionate about Social & Marketing Strategies and keeping up with trends
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.




- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Demonstrates ability to develop relationships within an international work environment and inspire others - works well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
- Maintains excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Practices superior time management
- Possesses evident technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Education & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram and other social media best practices
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Superior written and spoken English skills
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder, a plus
