We are currently seeking a passionate student in their final year of a **Master's degree** program to join our team for a **Curricular Internship Opportunity**. As an intern, you will explore the development of **Generative AI systems** to ensure the **functional safety of Automotive software**. The goal of this internship is to assess the capabilities of **Large Language Models** (LLMs), such as _ChatGPT_ and _Gemini_, in **detecting and correcting functional safety faults** in the source code/configuration of **automotive software** and compare their performance against traditional algorithmic implementations. - Use/Train **AI models** (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to detect and correct functional safety faults in automotive software.
- Learn about **ISO 26262,**the leading standard for ensuring safety of automotive systems.
- Work together with **experienced software developers**, that will mentor and guide you in your journey.
- Have the opportunity for potential full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.



**Qualifications** Key qualifications**
- Enrolled in the **final year of a university master’s degree program**, preferably in Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with C and Python software development.
- Strong interest in Generative AI and how it can augment traditional software development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good English B2/C1 and Italian B2/C1 communications skills. **Preferred qualifications**
- Familiarity with popular GenAI APIs for ChatGPT or Gemini (showing a live demo of what you already developed would be a plus!).
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, such as Jenkins. **Additional Information**
A 6 month curricular internship is planned, aimed at supporting the thesis project. Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
