From writing punchy headlines to ensuring metadata accuracy and maintaining platform performance, your work will directly influence how fans discover and engage with content**.** **Please note, this role includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, reflecting the live nature of sports broadcasting**. **What You'll Be Doing**: - Write clear, engaging descriptions for live and on-demand events
- Craft attention-grabbing headlines that reflect key narratives
- Select compelling imagery to maximize visual impact
- Ensure metadata accuracy
- Monitor content performance and troubleshoot any playback issues
- Collaborate with editorial leads to enhance platform visibility and content curation
- Manage homepage features and UI elements to optimize user engagement **What You'll Bring**: - A strong passion for sports, with deep knowledge of sports, especially football, basketball, and volleyball
- Proven experience in digital editorial work or online sports writing - not mandatory but would be a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,



and respond swiftly to schedule changes or breaking news
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail
