- You will take care of the system’s performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs.
- You will take care of new eventually customer’s need, giving your direct support, in cooperation with our salespeople or activating internal support channels **Your expertise**: - Master’s degree in biology/biomedical laboratory Techniques/master’s degree in biomedical engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical / clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Good and fluent English in both written and oral communication
- Availability to travel
- Dynamic and proactive with personal initiative to reach the targets.
- Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility and availability also to move into the region assigned.
- Able to work independently, as well as an effective team player and respectful of diversity.
