Technical Manager (M/F/d)
**Your responsibilities**:
Management of the technical department in the hotel
Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and items, as well as documentation
Primary responsibility for enforcing safety precautions




Commissioning external companies when necessary
Smooth execution of all tasks in the technical area
Shift and vacation schedule creation
Close cooperation with reception and housekeeping for daily maintenance
Responsible for compliance with all safety and fire regulations
Optimal purchasing and ordering of materials
Professional handling of complaints on site
**Your profile**:
At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical field
Completed vocational training in a manual or technical profession
Very good knowledge of German and Italian, Knowledge of English is advantageous
Experience in leadership and employee motivation
Experience in organisation, planning and documentation
Structured, independent way of working - manual dexterity
Enthusiasm for technology and a high sense of responsibility
Additional training, e.g. as a safety specialist, is advantageous
Can-do attitude, high flexibility and commitment
