Head of P2P Process Excellence & Digital **Your Role and Responsibilities** We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead the execution of internal strategic projects at a multinational, regional, or global function level, with a strong focus on digital tool strategy development for Direct Materials sourcing. The scope of work is whole ABB, hosted in Electrification/Smart-Power. This role involves exploring and implementing innovative technologies—such as AI, cloud-based solutions, and ERP-integrated tools—to enhance the sourcing landscape and meet evolving procurement needs. Work model: hybrid, onsite, remote (#LI hybrid; #LI remote; #LI onsite)
- Responsible for digital tools strategy development for Direct Materials sourcing, across ABB Procurement area, able to assess and better consolidate already existing tools and propose new innovative solutions.




- Able to clearly understand business procurement needs and to consequently explore new technologies available in the market such as AI, cloud-based solutions, ERP integrated solutions, etc. in order to enable sourcing strategy development and to create productivity.
- Leads cross-functional projects team in very complex and decentralized Business environment according to the ABB-way, able to find the best solution for all the proper stakeholders and based on that build effective action plan.
- Able to effectively communicate business cases and action plan through excellent skillset on both analytical and communication side. **Qualifications for the Role**
