Webuild is a global construction player specialized in building **large works and complex infrastructure** for the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors. **Cost Estimator - Tendering & Construction Methods** We are looking for an experienced **Cost & Methods Estimator**to join our “Estimating and Methods” team at our **Milan** office. The figure will be responsible for supporting the **Bidding Department** in the technical-economic analysis and development of execution methodologies for specialized works and earthworks, within national and international tenders. **Main responsibilities**: - Analysis of bidding documents (metric calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports) to identify critical issues and opportunities.
- Estimation of direct and indirect costs in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring consistency with execution assumptions.
- Evaluation and proposal of alternative solutions to optimize costs and time.




- Contribution to the drafting of technical and economic bids.
- Verifying and updating economic estimates based on bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaboration with the Procurement team to compare prices and establish cost benchmarks.
- Drafting of economic documentation required by tenders (BoQ, cash flow, price breakdown, equipment list).
- Supporting the analysis of economic and financial risks and the definition of possible technical variants. **Requirements**: - Master's degree in **Civil Engineering**, preferably with specialization in **Geotechnics**;
- 2-3 years of experience;
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
- Willingness to travel abroad. **Profile complements**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
