Our mission: is to help Heart Surgeons treat Patients better today and in the future. ** **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** - Define and implement maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective) aligned with production and HSE goals.
- Plan and schedule interventions on equipments, ensuring timely closure of work orders.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and economic indicators for maintenance.
- Coordinate the maintenance team (technicians, supervisors),



defining shifts, on-call availability, and skill development plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations; lead internal/external audits.
- Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement plans (TPM, Lean).
- Manage spare parts: minimum levels, rotation, codification, vendor rating, service contracts, and external providers.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
- Support CAPEX projects, installations, and commissioning of new equipment. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** - Knowledge of TPM principles and Lean methodologies
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems; ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Teamwork attitude, precision and problem solving **EXPERIENCE** 3-5 years in industrial or facility maintenance. Some years as manager could be a plus. **EDUCATION** Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Management) or technical diploma with equivalent experience.
