- Job Description: - We are currently looking for a **Junior Project Manager**to join our **M Renewables**team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who wishes to develop a career in the renewable energy sector and gain hands-on experience in project management. **Your role will encompass**: - Supporting the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating renewable energy projects from early development to completion.
- Assisting in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Taking part in site visits and surveys to collect information about local conditions and suppliers.
- Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to review project documentation and client requirements.
- Helping prepare project budgets, reports, and progress documentation.
- Supporting procurement activities and contract preparation for suppliers and subcontractors.




- Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company QHSE standards.
- Contributing to the successful handover of projects to the internal O&M; team. **What you bring to the role**: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- Some previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken).Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.-
