The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets. Client and Business oriented - Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
- Build up a loyal Clientele;
- Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
- Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities. Operations:



- Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
- Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;
- Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
- Involved in the Stock and Inventory;
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;
- Maintain merchandising standards. **Requisiti**: - Minimum 1 year sales experience in luxury contexts.
- Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
- Must be customer-oriented;
- Action and Sales oriented;
- Excellent customer and service attitude;
- Strong communication skills;
- Luxury product knowledge;
- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
