As a Site Manager, you will oversee the construction and commissioning of photovoltaic plants, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. **What you will do**: - Lead, plan, and coordinate all on-site activities during construction.
- Ensure compliance with internal HSEQ policies and safety regulations.
- Act as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties.
- Oversee equipment delivery and verify adherence to local, national, and international regulations.
- Prepare weekly reports, including construction progress, inventory checklists, and HSEQ updates.
- Manage commissioning processes and approve contractor and subcontractor work.
- Conduct conformity checks and ensure tests and trials are completed prior to project acceptance.
- Organize and participate in on-site meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Report hazards and risks during the construction phase.



**What you bring & who you are**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent); English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and spend 100% of your time on-site.
- Valid driving license.
