**Responsibilities**:
l Maintain and manage resources for local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), including both current and potential suppliers. l Coordinate and integrate DSP suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery operation. l Perform daily backend system operations and manage service providers in active business regions. l Assist in building and optimizing transportation and delivery networks in Milano and other parts of Italy. Generate assessments on last-mile delivery processes,trends,and performance for continuous improvement. l Improve the operational quality of service providers and the overall transportation and delivery network. l Conduct training and empowerment for DSPs,and make regular visits to optimize delivery quality. **Job Requirements**:
l Must have a valid work and residence permit in Italy. l Clear logical thinking,strong learning ability,and are a proactive attitude towards job responsibilities.l l Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit,capable of handling work pressure. l Ability to communicate effectively and promptly with partners and resolve issues swiftly. l Mandarin Chinese and Italian can be used as working languages. l Passionate about logistics and seeking long-term growth. Pay: €1,900.00 - €2,500.00 per month
