The **Guest Relations Agent**serves as the primary ambassador of the Aman spirit. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their journey—from pre-arrival to departure—is seamless, personalized, and memorable. We are looking for a storyteller and a host who can anticipate wishes and build genuine connections. **Key Responsibilities**
- **The Art of Welcome**:Orchestrate seamless check-ins and check-outs, welcoming guests not merely as customers, but as personal guests of the house.
- **Experience Curator**:Act as a proactive host/hostess, curating the stay in details.




- **Anticipatory Service**:Intuitively understand guest preferences to anticipate needs before they are spoken, creating "surprise and delight" moments.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**:Liaise closely with Housekeeping, F&B;, and Spa teams to ensure every request is executed flawlessly and discreetly.
- **Guest Advocacy**:Handle feedback or complex requests with grace, emotional intelligence, and immediate problem-solving skills. **Key Requirements**
- **Experience**:Proven experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end boutique property.
- **Language Skills**:Fluent in **English**and **Italian**.
- **Personality**:High emotional intelligence, immaculate grooming, genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
